El Dorado Preserve Lot 10 Setting:
This lot features a wooded setting on a seasonal stream with views of Mt. Tom. The lot provides densely forested and mature
growth trees along the stream which provides for a unique riparian environment. Secluded and far removed from the
entryway to the subdivision, this lot provides a quiet and tranquil environment with a canyon like setting. This lot is well
suited for equestrian opportunities.
Development Envelope Guidelines:
Due to its wooded streamside location, the development envelope and buildings should be very secluded. Special care
should be used to shield the home from the main road traversing the northwest side of the lot and to minimize visual and
audio impacts on Lot 11. A 100-foot development envelope set back from the main road has been established. Planned
nature trails along the southern side of the stream area and along the main road should be considered in the site design.
The driveway to the site should enter from the north end of the lot along the existing streamside road.
